Current Outages: *Updates are posted as soon as possible after an outage is repaired and water will begin to be resubmitted to residences. Once water is fully resubmitted the outage will be removed from the website.

MAKING AN IRRIGATION PAYMENT AS OF MAY 1ST – READ BELOW! If you are making an irrigation payment online, through the mail or in the office as of May 1st they are now considered delinquent. The 2026 irrigation assessments were due in office or postmarked by 4/30/2026. ALL payments made

The BMID irrigation season shut down is scheduled for Friday, October 16, 2026. The BMID crew will be draining main lines the following week of October 19, 2026. When you prepare to blow out your sprinklers be sure to leave the customer main valve shut once completed to avoid water
