NOTICE: Due to the high flow of the Yakima River System we are experiencing extremely high amounts of sediment and vegetation throughout the system. To try and stay ahead of the dirty water BMID crew are flushing areas regularly and cleaning out DO’s. To help with that we recommend customers clean their filters regularly to prevent build up in their systems. In light of that, if you are experiencing low to no pressure, please check, and clean all filtration systems for your irrigation system. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work together to resolve these issues.

The BMID office will be closed to the public until further notice.


 If you need to make a payment, we offer the following options:

  • 24-Hour drop box located right next to our main entrance.
    *Please notate on your envelope if you would like a receipt.
    *If you’re wanting to pay in cash, please know that we’ll not be able to
    provide change through our drop box, so the amount
    put in will be
    applied to 
    your account.
       *Cash will only be accepted Monday thru Friday – 7:30am to 4:30pm
  • Mailing in your check to our office located on Reata Road
  • Using Bill Pay through your bank to have them mail us a check
    TAKE NOTE: It can take 10-14 business days from the time the check is being processed to when we receive it in office, please adjust payment as necessary as it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure payment arrives on time.
