  • Due to unauthorized use on a BMID hydrant the crew was forced to perform unscheduled domestic flushing on 6/15/2021. Because of the unauthorized use and flushing some areas may see turbidity or discolored water in the homeowners domestic system.  We suggest that you open your bathtub cold water faucet and run for 10-15 minutes or until water runs clear.

At the recommendation of the BMID Board of Directors and the safety of the public and employees our office is still
closed to the public and continuing until further notice.

We hope to resume normal operation as soon as possible but like you, we’ll be

If you need to make a payment, we offer the following options:

  • 24-Hour drop box located right next to our main entrance.
    *Please notate on your envelope if you would like a receipt.
*If you’re wanting to pay in cash, please know that we’ll not be able to provide change through our drop box, so the amount put in will be applied to
your account.
Cash will only be accepted Monday thru Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm
  • Mailing in your check to our office located on Reata Road
  • Using Bill Pay through your bank to have them mail us a check
    NOTE: It can take 10-14 business days from the time the check is being processed to when we receive it in office, please adjust payment as necessary.
