We now have online bill pay. You are now able to pay for your Drinking Water Bill or Irrigation Assessment online through our website.
Board of Directors Meeting
The Board of Directors meet the first Wednesday of every month at 8:00am at 87525 E Reata Road in the District Office board room. Meetings are open to the public.

To protect your pipes this winter, disconnect and drain garden hoses, and protect outdoor faucets with insulated covers. Seal any cracks or gaps in your home’s exterior walls and around pipes to prevent cold air from entering. Insulate vulnerable pipes such as those in unheated basements, attics, or garages, using foam sleeves or other insulation materials.

FIRE HYDRANT AWARENESS
If you have a fire hydrant on your property, please we request that:
- Do not park in front of the fire hydrant.
- Keep fire hydrant free of vegetation and debris.
- Be watchful for vandalism or unauthorized use and report it to the office. (We greatly appreciate the communities help and information)
- If you see a leak or damage, please report it.
- Do not plant or landscape around the hydrant without BMIDs approval.
