EMERGENCY OUTAGE: 5/11/2026
Thank you for your patience during this emergency shutdown. Repairs are complete, and our crew began restoring water to the system Saturday morning.
Because we must refill the main penstock that feeds the entire district, this will be a slow process. We expected the system to be fully pressurized by Sunday afternoon at the earliest. The crew did encounter a few issues while refilling that they had to address before admitting water to certain areas of the District.
Crews worked throughout the weekend to get water to as many customers as they possibly could. They are continuing to restore water to the remaining properties still without water. Areas with water should start seeing normal operating pressures.
If you notice your neighbors have water but you do not, please call the office. We will create a service request and investigate the issue as soon as possible.
We will provide additional information regarding the cause of the break and the details of the repair as soon as it becomes available.
