… is underway!
REMEMBER most outages will be posted during business hours. IF the outage occurs outside of business hours it will be posted the next business day.
CHECK your filter and valves prior to calling for low pressures during the season. If a filter is clogged or your valve is not all the way open your flow reduces which will lower your pressure. When you call to report low pressure you will be asked when the last time you cleaned or checked your filter. If you have not checked it in a day or longer we will ask you to verify it is clear prior to sending a crew member out to check the BMID side.
REVIEW the voluntary watering schedule and other links to help make your grass drought resistant. This will also help if or when their may be an outage in your area. Click Here for more information!
ONLY use your customer valve to turn water off or on! Do not get on or use the BMID valve that is on your property. The first isolation valve on the property is the BMID valve and BMID property that is not for customer use. If this valve breaks the only way to turn off water is at the street, which will shut off your neighbors as well… In some areas it could be a whole subdivision. If you need us to check the BMID valve or turn off the BMID valve so you can repair your valve please call the office and we will send a crew member out as soon as available to shut off the BMID valve.
Thank you for your help to make this another great summer and if you have any questions, please let us know!
