If you are making an irrigation payment online, through the mail or in the office as of May 1st they are now considered delinquent.
The 2026 irrigation assessments were due in office or postmarked by 4/30/2026.
ALL payments made after this date are DUE IN FULL + 1% INTEREST.
IF FULL PAYMENT, including interest, IS NOT MADE IN OFFICE BY MAY 15TH WATER WILL BE DISCONNECTED.
